OF ANY STRUCTURE OR ITS MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE I.R.C. OR GOVERNING CODE, OLIVE CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN L.L.C. OR ITS PRINCIPALS SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DEVIATION FROM THE I.R.C OR GOVERNING CODE. IT IS ULTIMATELY THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL WORK CONFORMS TO THE GUIDLINES OF THE I.R.C, GOVERNING CODE OR STAMPED ENGINEERED DRAWINGS. All designs, photos, text compilations etc. are the property of Olive Construction and Design LLC and its principal an may not be used in whole or in part w/ out written authorization from said parties. It is our intent to provide and overview of services and general provisions of our fees etc. Olive Construction and Design reserves the right to change its terms of service and costs of services at any time not withstanding signed contracts and or verbal agreements between parties. If payments are not recieved in a timely matter as agreed Olive Construction and Design LLC reserves Right of Lein to pertinent properties or entities (including real property) covered by contracted work aggreements and subject to Original fees and collection fees as applicable by law.
