Architectural Design New Construction
Having worked all over the US, East coast to West Coast I've seen and done some building and design in nearly every climate. That building experience is what gives me the edge over much of my competition. Since I was 16 (cleaning up and swinging hammers) on my first Vacation home in Island Park Idaho, to running crews on the Oregon coast design/building Medical centers and beach houses to full on General Contracting in my 50's in the Snake river valley all of this experience has paid off in all of my endeavors; Whether Drafting for incredibly talented Architects in Idaho, Florida, Louisiana and North Carolina or Structural drafting for a top notch firms in Idaho I've been able to contribute to fantastic teams and now I'm available for you.
Remodel and Additions
Navigating options w/ existing structures can be tricky. I've been a part of some vast multi million dollar projects. From a 4 story 13 unit New Orleans Condo Renovation of a 1900's Historical Building to FSU's Ruby Diamond Auditorium I've been there and seen that, but your 15yr old home is just as important and I not only have the experience to help it happen efficiently but I also have contacts (its not what you know but who you know) of even more qualified Engineers etc. So collaboration is the key. From Structural to Civil and beyond I've got connections.
Construction Consultation
I view our design collaboration as an ongoing relationship. From selecting a contractor to finalizing the build you'll have questions. While I don't pretend to be the guy w/ all of the answers. I usually know where to find them. I'll do my best to be your 'Guy in the Know' and if I don't; I won't try and fool you.
